Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Most phones from 2019+ support eSIM. iPhone XR/XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer. Open Settings → Cellular and look for "Add Cellular Plan" — if it's there, you're good.
How fast can I get online after buying?
Usually under 60 seconds. After purchase you get a QR code. Scan it with your camera, follow the prompts, and the eSIM installs. Most travelers activate it before leaving the airport.
Will I lose my regular phone number?
No. The eSIM is data-only. Your physical SIM (and your home number) stays active. Calls, texts, iMessage, WhatsApp — all keep working on your home number.
What happens when my data runs out?
You can buy a top-up from your account dashboard, or buy a fresh plan. No automatic charges, no surprise bills.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Each eSIM plan installs on one device. If you need data on a second device (tablet, second phone), buy a separate plan for that device.
Refunds if my phone isn't compatible?
If you can't install the eSIM and it's a compatibility issue (not user error), email us — we'll refund unused plans within 7 days of purchase.
Will it work in countries with restrictions (China, Iran, etc.)?
Plans for restricted countries route through partner networks that do work there, but VPN/blocked-app behavior follows local rules. If you have specific apps in mind, check before buying.
How is this different from buying a local SIM?
